Have you ever created a blog and checked up in the stats and you only have a few visitors. Use these few easy steps to creating some basic traffic for your blog. without this traffic, advertising will be impossible. These are in no particular order of importance but they are all helpful
1)Keep it simple:
First of all, you are going to want to make your blog simple, and easy to read. you want your blog to be eye-appealing or no one will read it
2)Comment, Comment, Comment:
You definitely want to be commenting on other peoples blogs. This will help gain the audience needed for your blog to be successful. when people see your name on their blog they might stop by yours. however you don't want to make comments like "nice post." Only answer a question if it will be helpful and factual
3)Keep your page fast:
You want to stay away from putting music and things that take up a lot of memory because this will cause your blog to be unappealing and people will leave before it was even loaded.
4) Write Posts That People Will Want To Read:
Make your topic something interesting and that you think people will want to read about it. If you aren't interested in it then other people aren't going to be either.
5) Tell people about it:
You want to advertise your blog. First try and get your closest relatives and friends to sign up. maybe they will spread the word and create a solid base for traffic on your website
6) Good title:
you are going to want to make the title something catchy. if you have a bad title then no one is going to want to read it
7) You want to get your blog to the top of google by optimizing your blog for search engines:
*Very Important
-use primary key words in the title
-use secondary words in the paragraph
-Use your anchor texts in the link of links in the body as well
8)Submit your blog to browsers so it appears on google, and yahoo, ect. About browsers contain about 98% of the internet. This is a great place to submit your blog:

9) Build links to your blog:
-Post legitimate comments on related topics

10) You might want to try editing your posts into articles:

11)Try and gather subscribers by email:
Believe it or not, Email is still the number one way that people recieve news and info
12)You have to, have to, have to put the link to your blog on twitter, and facebook so you get your friends and family involved.
